If a situation arises where the Buyer is unable to continue living with the puppy, they commit to informing the Seller of their decision NOT to continue caring for the puppy. We will not ask any questions; the Buyer will simply need to deliver the puppy, its paperwork, and its bed or blanket to one of our representatives. We will take responsibility for either finding the puppy a new home or keeping them with us at VALLES PASIEGOS for the rest of their life. If the puppy is sold or transferred to a third party without the Seller’s consent, the contract will not extend to the new owner of the puppy, including the guarantees provided to the Buyer. Furthermore, the parties agree that under these circumstances, the contract will be terminated, without prejudice to VALLES PASIEGOS taking appropriate legal action for breach of contract.
